What a great opportunity to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
The talents of 30 cast members will bring the founding fathers to life under the direction of Robert Terry.
This classic American musical chronicles the fight for liberty as John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson embolden a deadlocked Continental Congress.
Though it is hardly a secret how it all turns out, revisiting this historic “moment in time” through song, humor, romance, pathos, and nail-biting tension, is exhilarating.

Performances for 1776 are July 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th, and 18th at 8pm and July 12th at 2pm. All performances are at the Mason Community Playhouse, 5529 Mason Road in Mason.
